@lostmanoon His mother is an Asian leopard named Asabi. Asabi is still in the Secret Garden and is out on display now and then. His father, Mu-Gamba, an African leopard, died of cancer last year. Mu-Ggamba and Asabi also had a liter of cubs 6 years ago: Leni, Neruda and Ibasa. These three leopards also live at the Secret Gardena and may be seen on display now and then.

Java now weighs about 10 lbs., 11 ozs. My husband says it is as adorable as ever. He is now 11 weeks old and is the second litter of his parents at the Garden.
