  • Hate is hate! If we are going to prosecute some for hate, then prosecute all for hate. Furthermore, people may attack and fight each other for other reasons other than race, etc. We need to become mind readers to determine the reason for the attack. What if the so-called protected group is the initiator?

  • Hypothetical: two Black males are in a heated argument and one says to the other "N-gg-r, or N-gga, I hate your f'ing ass", then pulls out a gun and shoots the other Black guy. Is this a hate crime?

Two members of different gangs are brawling, each saying, "we hate you bastards!!!". A homicide ensues. Is this a hate crime?

Two chicks fighting over the same dude, one says "Bitch, I hate your guts!!", pulls out a knife and stabs the other girl. She dies. Hate crime?

  • What about all the people islam kills because they are Christian, Jewish or non-muslim the world over? This far out weighs any other group the world over and yet we hear nothing about it and the very same cult that creates, cultivates and commits these heinous acts are treated with kids gloves, given preferential treatment and catered to by our western governments and left wing fools that are amongst us. This to me is much bigger and important hate crime issue than anything else on the planet

  • Rather than tell people to turn from the terrible sin of Homosexuality,She is fighting for LGBT rights and in a way is leading them to their deaths.Do you all see what she is doing here? She is doing the same thing she did with Matthew...

    She is breeding more freaks!

  • Judy what an incredible fighter you are through the terrible and heart shattering loss of your gorgeous handsome son you are saving countless other lives physically, mentally and emotionally, thank you for everything you and your lovely husband Dennis and your many other family, friends and colleagues do for the gay community but moreover for the greater good of mankind...Johny xxxx

  • "Eleven years after Matthew’s death, President Barack Obama signed into law The Matthew Shepard and James Byrd, Jr. Act … this bill makes it a federal crime to assault people based on their gender, sexual orientation and gender identity … Judy Shepard had visited President Obama in the Oval Office and he had made her a promise that this day would come. By signing The Matthew Shepard and James Byrd, Jr. Act into law, President Obama kept his promise to Matthew’s family."

  • Omg this video made me cry. This woman gives me hope the future of this country:)

  • you fat fuck o i see its ok for 2 fags to fuck but if a guy fucks a young girl in the ass who is not 18 its bad so how do you fucking like it dont fell so good

  • @donniehitler You're an idiot.

  • @CamericaUSA fuck you in the mouth

  • @uupiinarms I see your point but I believe that this act will help people to get justice more than reduce them, by taking hate crime as a federal case, it will gives federal authorities greater ability to engage in hate crimes investigations that local authorities choose not to pursue; I see this as an advantage, though, discussing bout murder and the motives behind it, I begin to feel that the punishment should not be judged based on one's opinion, since they are both heinous and unacceptable.

  • @tennis89insomniac So to say is I agree with the government taking hate crime special attention in investigating ad keeping track of statistics but I disagree with the adding punishment. Even though their opinions are wrong but they are already punished for the original crime, and they are entitled to have them although how wrong and hideous they can be.

  • @uupiinarms FREE EXPRESSION- Nothing in this Act shall be construed to allow prosecution based solely upon an individual's expression of racial, religious, political, or other beliefs or solely upon an individual's membership in a group advocating or espousing such beliefs.

  • @uupiinarms Here is the information : Nothing in this Act shall be construed to prohibit any constitutionally protected speech, expressive conduct or activities (regardless of whether compelled by, or central to, a system of religious belief), including the exercise of religion protected by the First Amendment and peaceful picketing or demonstration. The Constitution does not protect speech, conduct or activities consisting of planning for, conspiring to commit, or committing an act of violence.

  • @uupiinarms No Hate Crime IS different, and should be treated as such, by doing this the government IS protecting the people who are the target of prejudice and racism. The Westboro Baptist Church is a strong proof that hate speech is still allowed in America. A hate crime is loosely defined. "Being hateful" isn't quite enough. They would have to cause physical harm or extreme emotional/mental anguish or do something criminal motivated by bias to fall under "hate crime".

  • @youknowwho2112. Its the people just like you, who should be going to he'll but won't cause god loves everyone. Gay or straight. I'm gay, so freaking whaT. I'm really going be praying for u. I pray for u for god to give u real loving heart, instead of such an hateful heart.

  • I'm sorry that your son died ma'am but his killers were prosecuted and sent to prison for life. The law worked, what you're advocating is going to lead to Orwellian 'thoughtcrime' situations where thoughts and opinions will be prosecuted. I shouldn't have to lose my free speech because your son died. I'm all for gay rights but this legislation is bad news.

  • HEY JUDY, YOUR FAGGOT SON DESERVED IT AND IS BURNING IN HELL

  • People may dislike anything they want as much as they want; the problem is when the violently act against what they don't like. Matthew was killed not because he was gay; he was killed because those that killed him didn't like that. They claimed that they killed him because Matthew made sexual advances on them and that made them panic; allowing such argument is justifying that anyone could kill someone of the opposite sex for the same reason.

  • We need every crime to be a hate crime. some guy commit a violent act, got very minium sentence, he was release, then few days later murdered my sister's husbands cousin. If we treated every crime as a hate crime, she would most definitely be alive today.

  • If you dislike this your a hater, envious, scornful or straight up ignorant, and the last people on earth you can rebuke are the mentally disable because they are the most caring, lively, diserving people on the earth because they lack of 'comfort or need' to hate because they have nothing to hate on, stop hate be more sympathatic because loic we alll have flaws so you cant judge people on the same ones you have

  • @Arcanetheory7 why dont you stop trying to control people to think how you think? you dont know the reason these people disliked the video...you are pretty much sitting there demanding that other people have your exact opinion on this issue

are you going to consider it a "hate crime" to dislike this video?

you're the one spewing hate and intolerance

  • @MoRgUe27 that totally makes sence, since i am not control anyone and i am giving my opinion, there are things that i will never tolerant like ignorances, which ignorant people spew hate all them time and how the hell am i spewing hate by defending mentally disable people how have a hard enough time living life anyway they dont need your rebuke, your hate and violence etc and that is spewing hate get over yourself. you arent a pure genius and alot of them have mental problem anyway... pissoff

  • @Arcanetheory7 i never said anything against disabled people...all im saying is dont get upset over how many dislikes there are, you dont know the reason people may have for disagreeing...and its not because they enjoy or want to see other people get treated badly or unfairly

its dangerous to label crimes as "hate crimes", the motives of the crime shouldnt matter at all...when you start making a distinction like that, people start using it to falsely incriminate someone else or create bias

  • @MoRgUe27 It is different and should be distinctive and given special attention, as it is done directly and intentionally to attack people based on their racial, religious, sexual orientation differences. The bill only speaks for itself that it is not acceptable in USA society. A coin has two side, there will be some consequences, but definitely the good will eventually overpower the bad one, because inside every one believes in a better future.

  • STOP DISLIKING YOU A HOLES

  • As I was saying before the baby lamb named 'equalandfree" thought I was just another sheep....The vast majority of hate crime committed in the U.S. are black on white hate crimes. It's overwhelming. Gay people want to think that they are the #1 victims, but all they have is millions in pressure group and lobbying funds. And all the special media coverage anyone can ask for.

  • None should have to go through what mathew shepherd and his family went through, be they gay/straight/muslim etc.

  • Why do we need hate crime laws?? Surely TRUE equality means giving EVERYONE the same treatment, be they gay, straight, muslim, etc. Laws that give "special treatment" to minority groups are only going to cause more resentment and cause further speperation of those groups. By all means legalise gay marrige, teach homosexuality in schools, speak out against homophobia and other forms of discrimination, but DONT start bringing in special laws for certain people, that is NOT equality.

  • @ollysnake There IS no "special treatment" of minority groups in these hate crime laws. If someone is attacked BECAUSE they are straight or white or male (yes, it does happen) they will get the SAME protection from such hate crimes as someone would if they were attacked because they are gay or black or female. Whatever your gender, race or sexual orientation you will be protected EQUALLY from those people who hate you because of your identity.

  • I don't expect anyone I don't know to 'love' me but I what I do demand is protection under law & the same human rights which heterosexuals seem to take for granted. If some-1 doesn't accept my being gay, then fine, that's not going to make me lose sleep. But,when some-1 uses their 'disapproval' or hatred of my sexuality to abuse me both verbally & physically then the law is duty bound to protect me & prosecute the offender.Mrs Shepard speaks eloquently & I ache for her loss!

  • the hate crime law is about sending anyone to jail; even for telling the truth, because any protest that stands in disagreement of the the masses is offensive hence dangerous

you want to talk about real hate crimes lets talk about the millions of blacks lynched and burned by whites yet no anti hate law was inspired from their suffering.

"In a time of universal deceit, telling the truth becomes a revolutionary act"

    George Orwell

  • The vast majority of hate crimes are black on white. The media ignores this.

  • @Cahoula The courts don't ignore it. The laws apply equally to all categories of people.

  • @EqualAndFree Sure, if you look at it from hippie fantasy perspective. Go research the Denver 09 racist attacks. And just as an aside...Equality works for sheep. I choose individuality.

  • @Cahoula So you'd do away with the opening clause of the Declaration of Independence?

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal".

Equal doesn't mean identical - it means that no race, gender or other difference qualifies anyone to be treated as superior or inferior to anyone else.

  • @EqualAndFree Again..You live in a fantasy world. The reality is that your current administration's policy states that it is "payback time". The concept that races and genders and sexual preferences are all "equal" under the law or as a concept in a society just isn't how real life situations work out. And believe me... today's politicians never have the Declaration of Independence or the U.S. Constitution ever cross their minds.

  • @Cahoula Obama lectured in Constitutional Law for 12 years whilst he was a Professor at the University of Chicago Law School. He is more likely than any previous President we've ever had to have the Constitution at the core of his thinking on legal matters.

  • @EqualAndFree Good. I'm happy that you have fallen right into line. If I were a subvert I would infiltrate your drum circles soaked in patchouli oil and a tie -dye shirt. As time would elapse I would rat your commune dump over to the authorities on drug violations. Hippies sight the constitution only to advance a "social justice" agenda or confuse an argument. You couldn't care less about the constitution, the bill of rights, the federalists papers or freedom. You ain't fooling me.

  • @Cahoula All that incoherent rant tells me is that you're smoking something weird.

  • @EqualAndFree You have no rebuttal so you call it a "rant". Wow, thanks for putting me in my place.

  • i would love to meet her and give her a hug.

  • it bothers me that in law enforcement I cant do anything more.

  • @explorer20032004 it bothers me that fags like you are allowed in law enforcement.

  • @Trashfished Yeah I know they let people like me in law enforcement, it's funny that they let someone who cares about helping people work in law enforcement, WOW! what a freaking shock. The funny thing is this site is about love and peace, and you come and bring that hate in here not cool. If you would like to msg me off this site you can but im not going to fight with you on here, there is a time and a place for everything, this is not the time or place. Show some respect dude... RIP Matt!!!

  • Why should it matter what my race, gender, religious beliefs,or sexual orientation is. Life is life and it isn't someone else's to take away

  • @PreppyPoser1 go back to school, get a job, and dont stick your nose were it might get smashed okay...

  • Comment removed

  • @PreppyPoser1 okay well stay away from minnesota kay boy

  • Tomorrow will be is 34 birthday. I can't believe that he isn't with us anymore :(

Matt was a nice guy, I was so young when he was murdered. I will always hate the men that hurt Matt, he was like an older brother to me.

  • Figures westboro cult members are commenting on this, they worry about other peoples lives and not their own. Well Westboro incest goes on and one day there will be dna tests to prove it, and all the kids will be given to soldiers famlies and same sex couples to show them what a real family is and what love really is. Stay tuned...

  • I love her.

  • @KnowHisName "Jesus is Lord & Savior " prove it "Jesus loves you more than you can ever imagine." prove it. also, don't tell me what i can and can't imagine. "Jesus loves you so much that He bled & died to forgive us of our sins!" prove it. if he's god, why does he need to give himself to himself as a human sacrifice? "Sin is disobedience to God!" and you know what obedience to god is? "We are all sinners" not if god doesn't exist. "Please believe" i'll believe it when you prove it.
  • what sort of mothers raise "gay" boys

  • @shazam20007 What sort of mothers raise "disrespectful" sons of bitches like you ...

  • @shazam20007 What sort of mothers raise bigoted boys?

  • @shazam20007 yours

  • @johnnythesailorman Nah I think that's you :P

  • God Bless You Mrs.Shepard.

We will never forget ! May God bless all family`s that have suffered with Peace.

I hope no one family ever has to live though this .

  • Sorry lady, I truly am. However, the truth of the matter is that your son wasn't killed by racists or homophobes, but rather the Illuminati in order to pass an agenda that elevates gays and minorities above everyone else. Sad but true!!!

  • @bassman5123 You honesly think that is the reason that poor boy was murded?

If you do then you my friend have issues :S

  • so violence against someone who isn't part a special group is not hate violence?

  • @k00k88, Hear hear. Well said kook. What happened to Shepard is a tragedy and I hope his killers suffer in prison. But I'm still waiting for someone to tell me what a "love crime" is?

  • Judy is my hero! Why do people feel the need to hate, if you do not like something, don't partake in it. Harming someone for who they are is unfathomable to me.

  • @darkwonderTV Yeah they should not have killed Mathew. Maybe just a good asskicking would have sufficed.

  • @Trashfished Neither defendant were capable of just kicking anyone's azz because they were pussies. The main defandant was a bisexual himself. He and the other one did it so they could get away from women and spend the rest of their lives in a men's facility.

  • @Trashfished

    a good ass kicking?

why? what would be the point?

  • @Xgloomshadow Well I heard the fag tried to pack one of them good ole boys fudge.

  • M. Shepard is the Posterchild for Gay Rights? You can't do better?

Military: Dont ask don't tell. - Shepard wouldn't pass a piss test to join the Army, even as a Hetero. - Gay Marriage: Legalyze.

There was no need, since Shepard was out to "make love" to just anybody that was available.

If he was loved by his Mother and Friends so dearly, why wasn't he missed by anybody after several Hours Binging PLUS 16 Hrs. on the fence? Maybe it was common for him to be "out" Days at a time?

  • I know this is going to sound bad but i dont agree with hate crime laws. First of i am gay so don't call me a bigot, homphobe etc. But really that is just segregating us. if someone shot a guy for over pricing a car is that not out of hate?

  • make the hate crime laws stand for everybody and I would support it...

The US is a prison state, they will get the same time.

It's horrible that this happened but the gay community is preying on you.. The gays in VT get in everyone face to get smacked on purpose just to cry hate crime...

  • Wow, I totally get why Matthew Shepard was gay now. If I grew up thinking that blob monster is what a woman looks like, I wouldn't be into them either.

  • I don't agree with this law because it pushes, disguised, limitations on free speech. I do not support violence against anyone, but I DO support the rights of those who want to sharply criticize any lifestyle they want without fearing prosecution from law enforcement.

I don't mind with whom someone makes sex or not, but I respect the rights of those who do.

  • wats the name of the girl at 0.19

  • Yea thats the world we live in....

    :(

  • Mrs. Shepard, perhaps you should watch EAT DA POO POO just so you can get at the message that the other side is trying to convey on gay rights.

  • Matthew still makes me cry today. <3 This woman is immensely inspiring.

  • I feel bad for this woman but sorry Hate crime laws are unconstitutional.

  • @xxdiogenescynicxx how come? do care to elaborate.

  • @jigsawtroll watch Nat Hentoff on Hate crime laws.

  • HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHA they killed this fuckin faggot the dude who stomped dis nigga is my hero

  • @IsItOnTab you no its people like you who make this world how it is today what gose around comes around so i pray for your un true words because u are not worth any thing to any one !

  • @themissys hating some kid for opening his mouth are you? not worth anything to anyone? guilty of hate crimes it sounds to me! feds!! oh feds!

  • @IsItOnTab do you also consider hitler a hero?

  • The reason hate crimes laws are so important is that when people commit crimes based on race, gender identity, sexual orientation, etc., they are trying to terrorize that community and make things worse for more people than just their victims.

And just so you know, crimes motivated by hatred of whites, straight, or non-transgender (cis) people are also prosecutable under hate crimes laws. But you know what? They're not usually the ones victimized by hate in our society.

  • Hate Crimes are unconstitutional... A crime is a crime for any reason. There is equal protection under the LAW and there should be no segregation of people or their crimes for any reason, not wealth, stature in the community, sex, age, color, religion or sexual orientation.

  • @Diverdown41 right on those equality spewing rejects never stop to think much.

plus these are the people that often defend murderers. those liberals can never make up their minds can they? when the hate criminal is on death row for killing a homosexual they'll be the ones singing let him go! let him go!

  • @Y2YAY : The ignorant masses cannot think beyond their own situation, just like a politician they shoot from the hip to benefit themselves, not the public or the citizens, but their small insignificant universes. We live in a Republic by the rule of Law, natural, inalienable rights. Progressives, Liberals, Socialists, Communists as well as the Religious Right or Religious based Democratic governments believe in totalitarian tyranical rules as long as they are in charge or judge & not the accused

  • This woman is my hero.

  • People that knows Aaron Mckinney is starting come out. They stated that Mckinney was indeed a self-loathing bisexual. If this is true, I wouldn't be a bit surprised. Still a sad case though. Russel Henderson is still scum, but he did apologized to the Shephard family, saying "I wish I could have done something about it."

  • thank you for showing your love

  • judy you have helped so many people around the world i was so scared to come out when i heard about mathew but u showed me that we can fight these crims not with fists but with are hearts thank you judy shepard and R.I.P mathew sheaperd

  • I can't believe how hateful people are. Why can't everyone just live there own lives, and not end others. It gets to me to think that we live in such a beautiful world and yet people choose to fill it with hate rather than love

  • @CottnCandyRainbow Because we live in a Jungle. You have to be ready to defend yourself. Be the type that can put up their guard. You are not a sheep.

  • I was cruising in a family park restroom and these homophobes beat the hell out of me. I wasn't looking for kids. I was looking for strong virile men. They accused me of stalking kids. I was not. I was looking for old guys.

  • It is even more horrid when a gay person is a victim of a crime because we have been fighting for societys acceptance for decades. If people think its ok to harm gays and lesbians and no law enforcement takes further procaution to ensure safety and justice... then we have a failed system...

  • That video could have shown a lot more victims, those who weren't gay, transgender, etc. but that would not have had the same emotional impact.

Hate crime laws are thought crime laws and worse, laws that advantage classes of "hate protected" people. People read your constitution and understand that hate crime laws will be used against you as prosecutors will be evaluating and distorting intent for their own political advantage.

  • God bless you Judy.

  • so sorry your son..........He was way too good for this world and may you have comfort knowing that not all people hate and some people really do love matthew and he is still alive in many ways he will never be forgotton

  • Arent ALL crimes hate crimes? Black people, Mexicans and gaysget better treatment than straight whites?

  • @tatomuck18 Hate crimes occur when a perpetrator targets a victim because of his or her perceived membership in a certain social group, usually defined by racial group, religion, sexual orientation, disability, class, ethnicity, nationality, age, gender, gender identity, or political affiliation.

Straight whites already have rights when beaten to death for other reasons other then those stated above.

  • Matthew Shepard was an evil, sick, fag beast. It has been 12 years, since he died and split Hell wide open. It was a righteous punishment from God Almighty and he will in Hell for eternity, where the worm never dies and the fire is never quenched.

  • @WestboroBaptist100 He was no beast, you people are cruel, sick heartless kid, and HE is a beast? Screw you!!!!! You people will splity hell so wide open, theyll have to make another hell to keep the rest of u responsible phelps people.

  • Comment removed

  • @WestboroBaptist100 A beast ? .. You mean like a lion, tiger or gorilla ? Well, I'd say that YOUR actually closer to THAT !

  • @WestboroBaptist100 " since he died and split Hell wide open"

You are as ignorant as you are hateful.

How proud Jesus must be to have such pathetic "soldiers."

  • @re4589 real nice there bigot

  • Here is what I say. There is one race, the human race. Murder is Murder regardless of motive. Everyone is of equal value. Hate crime my ASS!

  • "Murder is Murder regardless of motive."

When a murder is committed BECAUSE a person is gay,

    that's a hate crime.

I'm guessing you are male, white, and young.

    Otherwise you would understand.

Grow up a bit before shouting your uninformed opinions

all over a grieving mother's page.

  • Oh, there we go. You automatically assumed I was white male and young because of a comment you deemed bad. Talk about prejudice and generalizations. Hypocrisy and further racism is all see.

  • You say your poor and just got out of prison so I automatically guess your black. Is that ok?

  • So tell me, was I wrong?

    Your avoidance of the question

    indicates that I was not.

  • Oh you mean the guess? No, your right. I am white, male, and young.

  • Ah.

    There you go, then.

Sometimes evidence points us accurately to the truth.

  • No special treatment, when someone is murdered they are dead, the killer's motive makes no difference.

  • Comment removed

  • @Skulldini Thank you! I just see so many on these far sides of things. I'm just one out there for stopping violence all together. Nice to see one who agrees.

  • @Imaginefree69 Does motive really make that much of a difference? tell me if the pople who killed shepard killed him because they wanted his car or something would make things better?

    answer:

no it wouldnt, he is still dead regardless of the motive of the murder.

there is a thing in the bill of rights saying "equal protection under the law."

hate crime legistlation is basically a middle finger to the constitution

  • @beepu2 The question is moot, the debate has been settled.

    The law passed.

Why not move on to something you can actually influence?

  • @Imaginefree69 i can influence the law to be changed.

plus i tend to not like it when we pass laws that violate the constitution and the whole "everyone is equal" philosophy

  • @beepu2 Yeah, well, Boy George and his Homeland SS

have pretty much humped the Constitution into confetti,

    so good luck with that.

  • Hate crime laws are retarded. The ONLY thing they do aside from any other laws is set small groups of people above everyone else as if they are special or something.

What makes a so called "hate crime" murder any more intolerable than a non "hate crime" murder?

This is also setting a double standard in society. All crimes should be treated with equal justice no matter who commits them or who they are committed against. No one is special because they like dick or they have black skin, etc.

  • @Heretharbemonsters "What makes a so called "hate crime" murder any more intolerable than a non "hate crime" murder? "

    The murder may be identical.

Here's the difference in the crimes, though-

Damned few people are murdered randomly.

Most murders are committed by husbands and wives,

then other family members, friends, and acquaintances.

When you go shopping the chances of being stalked or murdered are very low.

Of you are gay, the odds go up sharply

because to some people you are now a target.

  • @Imaginefree69 You claim to be in favour of equality.

Where is the equality for people who are members of targeted groups?

Hate crime laws are designed to RESTORE equality

    in a very unequal situation.

Those who attack others must be stopped.

Those who attack strangers are no better than predators.

Those who attack strangers based on some group attribute

can and must be identified and removed from society

SO THAT all can have equal security and safety.

  • Comment removed

  • @Heretharbemonsters Of course we could also go into the fact that the 8th amendment, according to the supreme court, does not support excessive punishment which is exactly what the hate crime laws support. It is an unusual punishment.

  • @Imaginefree69 Not what I asked, let me rephrase.

Man 1 beats up a gay in a dispute.

Man 2 beats up a gay because he doesn't like gays and one hit on him.

Man 1 actually did more damage to the gay during the fight than man 2.

Why should man 1 receive a lesser sentence ? His actual crime was clearly more damaging and violent.

Is it just me or is it that hate crime laws seem to specifically target a thought, rather than an action?

  • @Heretharbemonsters "Why should man 1 receive a lesser sentence ?"

IF a man beats someone up BECAUSE HE IS GAY

that is a form of predation and must be eradicated.

If a man beats someone up WHO JUST HAPPENS TO BE GAY

that also needs to be stopped,

but it does not decrease the safety of an entire group

    by targeting them.

This is nothing new, as some would like to pretend.

    Already the law distinguishes between

    MISCHIEVOUS assault and MALICIOUS assault.

  • @Imaginefree69

Your argument that it's somehow unique because it's "predatory" pretty much describes every other crime. A man who beats his wife, a fistfight between a strong man and a weak, a burglar targeting a rich mans home, a rapist targeting a woman, etc. etc. These can all be claimed to be predatory and they are, but there is no justification for biased laws and punishments.

Are you now attempting to claim that the only assaults that are mischievous and malicious are against gay people?

  • @Heretharbemonsters "Are you now attempting to claim"

If you are going to provide both sides of the discussion

    my presence is not needed.

  • @Imaginefree69 Sorry I misread the last part about mischievous and malicious. It was a question anyways, and not a declaration.

I notice you have nothing to say about the rest of it. Perhaps you actually looked up the definition of the world JUSTICE.

  • @Heretharbemonsters Here is somewhere else you can direct your attention.

"no state shall ... deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws"

    Guess where that came from.

  • @Heretharbemonsters What makes a gay person more of a victim if the crime is exactly the same as one committed against a straight person?

Apparently the definition of the word justice isn't in your vocabulary.

Once again, these laws violate the 8th amendment.

  • @satv365 Last I checked, not letting people marry was unconstitutional too.

  • Two gay people can get married provided they are the opposite sex. So no one is stopping anyone from getting married. You just have to follow the rules, like I can't marry my sister.

  • @bcmasta1returns I tend to agree with THIS. Hate crime .. love crime .. crime is crime.

  • Your insults and hostility do not suggest maturity or intelligence.

If you expect others to take your thoughts seriously

you might try rational, respectful discussion.

  • real nice comment asshole

  • There's no need to say faggot, god doesn't want us to look down on anyone or and call them faggots

  • I am delighted to report that SayerOfTheLaw2010's account

    has been removed from Youtube.

    Hate mongers, take note!

  • Your delighted to report that you don't believe in free speech and your glad someone's account has been removed in hopes that YT is trying to censor them?

  • @bcmasta1returns I am delighted that we as a society

will not tolerate the promotion of hatred and violence.

You have the feeling of invulnerability common to youth.

When you are older you may see the disadvantages

of living in a dog-eat-dog society.

If you are a Xian you should know

    that Jesus advocated "special treatment""

for widows, orphans, and the disenfranchised.

If you are a normally compassionate human being

you should not need anyone to tell you this.

  • Exactly. Yet the mainstream media wanted their heads to roll, wanted them to be charged with hate crimes, because they were white and the stripper was black. It was on the nightly news for months. Even 60 minutes spent a bunch of time covering the story. Yet the people in the video I linked were not mentioned at all.

If this was a gay couple, or a black couple, this would have been big news. Because they were white, who cares. Doesn't fit in to the progressive agenda.

  • What about this "hate" crime?

  • A law against robbing a bank won't stop a bank robber, so what makes you think a law against hate crimes will stop a hater from committing a crime?? This is about dismantling the constitution. The government can give a rats ass about fagots. The government is just using them as an excuse to destroy freedom of speech.

  • Bye fag love, have fun with Gay Cancer.
