Alright, honestly guys. Do yourself a favor and don't do this. Flint is cheap already, and a BIC's flint is softer then a Zippo's. This will in turn start to get stuck inside your flint wheel ultimately ruining your Zippo. Save yourself the hassel of having to mail it back in and just purchase the flint, it really isn't that difficult.

@em0andl33t with the spring at the bottem of the zippo taken out, if u look at the bottem of the weel you should see a lil gap. if so the wheel should be free and able to spin. if you dont see a lil gap you might have a piece of flint lodged inbetween the casing and the wheel which could cause the wheel to lock up. just give it a few love taps should fall out. if that was not the problem only thing i can think of is the metal is bent at the top of the lighter pinching the wheel. hope this helps

@sirsilwil theres a couple places you can find them. i kno they sell them at harrys army nd navy. but you can find them at really any outdoors store even maybe any sporting good store and just go to the camping section would be my best guess. herd even a rumor there at wal mart? but i cant guarantee that
