To all who may be confused of the music/singers and basis of the movie there were three different singers used. And the movie was based off of Tim "Ripper" Owens of Judas Priest BTW. Jeff Scott Soto(Most recently noted for singing with Journey) sang the Bobby Beers vocals because he has a more matured and aged tone to his voice. Miljenko Matijevic(Steelheart) covered Mark Wahlberg's singing voice in the movie. And "Colorful" is directly ripped from The Verve Pipe. Rock the Dragon!
