Up B- Wings of an Eagle: Turns into an Eagle, flying upwards. She can spew out a weak fireball in this state.

Down B- Puff-Port: Chill is surrounded by smoke and teleports, does no damage and is instant.

Final Smash- Book of Ages: Pulls out the Book of Ages and looks through it for 3 seconds. If attacked, final smash ends. If not, she writes something down, then the person with the lowest damage in the fight loses a stock.

SSE: Joins up with Tabuu because she's isn't in as many YTPs as Meen.

She isn't quite as crazy with her movements then he is. She's a lot slower, but a bit more powerful.

B- Chill's Conundrum: Holds out her amulet and fires a blue sphere of magic from it, laggier then Meen Magic but more powerful, causing explosions upon hit.

Side B- Chill's Spill: Chill attempts to spin like Meen, but trips in the middle of it, damaging enemies.

You can simply jump over the magic orb. The spin attack can be avoided by staying in the air. If you can guess where he's going to appear, try to smack meen just as he finishes his elec-port. Roll dodge to avoid the boom-port. To dodge the book, simply stay away from in front of Meen, and when he throws it, the book will explode harmlessly.
