Well, most people think the story of King Midas tell that gold is not enough. I think it also says to be careful when making wishes. After all, he ask to turn into gold everything he touched... but he forgot to ask to make this happen only when he wanted it to happen.

It wasn't that he didn't like the work itself, more that he was trying to prove to the others at the studio that he could still direct, and failed trying. It was always a sore spot in his heart, and if anyone mentioned it he would fly into a rage.

This was my favorite when I was a little girl! It seriously stuck with me cuz it always made me want a burger after watching it. Funny enough, it's the only reason, if and when I get one, why I tolerate a hamburger from McDonald's. And whenever I get a hamburger from In-n-out, I end up thinking of this cartoon cuz I get onions with my burger. LOL
