Thanks for the video. A video demonstrating this is far easier to understand than reading a protocol. However, can I make a suggestion? Your left hand blocks some of the view of how you cut the tissue surrounding the brain to make it easier to remove the cerebellum. Perhaps you can do another video that doesn't block the view?
