update .. over a year ago, I opened my mind to this way of thinking. did not buy any of the movies, did not buy the books or C.D's only opened my mind. In that time, I have a great car, nothing spectacular, but it gets great mileage, is only 4 years old, the other one was dying. I live in the best house I've ever lived in, and have the best job I've ever had. I'm not bragging, only saying open your mind. SOC.... get a job or a life or both.
Whether or not one person believes in something that you do or don't believe in yourself, is really not a fair gauge of their intellect. I don't, and won't pay one red cent for the secret, however, I do honestly, and openly believe in the power of being positive. This is all I have to say on this. So Be Well, Be Safe, and if at all possible, be loved. I know I am, and for that I am, and will be eternally greatful.
It hit a chord with me and i am usually a sceptic. Dont judge people to be stupid, ignorant and you to be above them. Because who is going to listen to what you say. The most important message is personal power, the right of choice and responsibility this changes peoples lives.
I too i spent very little on the secret but go so much out of it. What your doing calling everybody weak and ignorant is not really all that nice. the truth is this is just like cbt used in counselling. change the negative thoughts get people focusing on acting and will improve their lives. It has worked so well for me and i am not usually the person to say that. i do see the massive potential for people if they focus on the good in their lives and promote positive change.
Besides if you wanna know I haven't given a single cent to any of those people of the Secret, not even for the movie, so they haven't touched my money if that's your worry!
And you think you're so smart... fine, then don't do the secret, live your life without it and let me be the idiot that you in your all knowing power think I am!
And the Universe wants you to stop putting your nose on other peoples business. If the Secret doesn't work for you, fine! It works for me and I can take care of myself, thank you!
