I liked Prof. Adrian Korbel.....another storyline/character Y&R writers missed....with Adrian he's handsome, smart and the writers could take his character in any direction whether he and Colleen stayed together. I could also see Adrian and Cane being friends...the writers started doing that then dropped Adrian.

She truly was the best Coleen (even though I liked the 1st one as well) but the fact that they fired Adrianne in a messed up way to recast her with such a horrible actress like the Coleen they have now, is such an insult in every way. I miss this Coleen and Adrian. There chemistry was amazing. I just hope Adrianne Leon moves on to bigger and better things. Y&R really messed up by recasting her.

Give LML a break! She is not the devil incarnate that you make her out to be. I am actually enjoying the show more at the moment than I have in a long time. And guess what? As of Tuesday Oct. 16, the episodes airing in Australia no longer have Smith and Alden's influence. And there are more Cadrian scenes like this to come, so obviously they aren't written by Smith and Alden.
Well you've got your opinion and I've got mine. You don't have a problem expressing yours, so don't complain when/if I express mine. I watched a couple of eps recently, and nothings changed. The characters are still shallow and superficial. And instead of the great characters of yesteryear, we have the likes of Gloria, Kevin, Amber, and such! Yuk!
Victor, Nikki, Jack and Phyllis are still prominently featured on the show. Lauralee and Heather left of their own accord, John still makes "ghost" appearances, Ashley is on B&B and Ryan & Tricia left years ago when Bill Bell was alive.
Oh gaw Amber is so annoying yes she is that bad she belongs on B&B it seems like Adrienne is the star of Y&R now none of the actors get enough air time
