Choosing to show mercy to the little bitches that cry on the floor isn't a choice when it has no consequences. Hiyashi needs to stop talking about how Ryu is gonna feel sorry about employing SELF DEFENSE to kill a bunch of demons, ninjas, and dogs that were trying to kill him. This game is a fucking mess and a disgrace to everything that was ever Ninja Gaiden.

@foottothenuts well then just ditch the story and go on with the gameplay, though i can't deny that i'm bothered by the fact that this game was taking lessons from God of War in the sense that there's quick time events now, and i'm especially not liking it in Ninja Gaiden 3 because it seems like it comes up during the normal gameplay rather than just a cutscene like other games that do it

the difficulty looks fine. this is likely what I'll play on my 1st time through. looks like the enemies strength come from number than cheap one hit kills. Master ninja and ultimate ninja were great challenges but I think this difficulty makes sense. I mean think about, most people just spammed the same attacks of UTs on master ninja and ultimate ninja

remember this is a very very early build of the game so really all team ninja is doing at this point is just showing off some of the new gameplay features that will be in NG3 so as they advance in the development process im sure we will see A.I improvements = )

This may be hard mode but dying twice during a demonstration, seriously XD It's not like enemies do that much damage either.

But this demo seems a bit improved compared to the E3 one.

This looks like Acoylte difficulty based on the amount of damage he's taking so I have no idea why this is called "hard mode". Gameplay looks sick though but I heard their implementing an "easy mode" which will attract a wider audience hopefully that won't effect how hard this game should be.

@Darksider087 yeah Ninja Gaiden is one of the few games left which is hard as hell to complete if they make it easier by lowering the difficulty it won't feel like a Ninja Gaiden game.

I'm pretty sure that what we're seeing isn't the hardest difficulty in the game. If it's anything like NGB, NGS, that may only be the second difficulty of 4. (Normal, Hard, Very Hard, Master Ninja).

One thing I did notice though, that I highly disapprove of, is the passiveness of the enemies once again. That was something that hurt NGS2 badly when ported from the xbox360. They took away enemy aggressiveness, and tried to give them obscene health and damage inbalance to make up for it.

@forsakenprojects well if you compared MN mode of NG2 to NGS2 then ull see that NGS2 is way less cheap on the IS spam. id really prefer a smarter A.I over a herd of spamming explosives and opponents that hardly ever block.

this reminds me more of the original NG1/B and im more then certain that Master Ninja mode will be more then enough to surface any1's hunger for challenge.

@Darksider087 Yeah, but with the cheapness they took away from that, they replaced with other crap that is almost as cheap. As well as weapon inbalance. You couldn't take any weapon you wanted and performed the same as another. In NG2, you had more weapon freedom as well. I just hope that NG3 fixes everything that is wrong with both games and then some. lol
