  • I closed the 2 for about 8 reps then I moved on to a 2.5 which I can close for two or three or maybe one more so far how many different rep set workouts do you know of if any, cheers.

  • Great explanation of properly executing a "parallel set" with bigger grippers....I always have trouble setting the gripper into my strong (right) hand for a deep set with my weak (left) hand. I can really get a good set when setting in my left hand with my right but very hard the other way around...Therfore very inconsistent with my COC #2...

  • That's one thing I never quite understood--why do people pull it partially closed with the other hand to set up for the close?

  • @onemindonespirit takes hand size out of the picture, most grippers are set far too wide for the average man, and in grip Sport this set technique is the standard. If you want to get very strong with grippers this is what you want to work with
