Holy shit, how can you play PS3 on that?....

I hate people who say that shit, I had my PS3 back in 2006 and I played all through mid JUNE 07 with a regular TV but then later on changed to HDTV after selling my PS2, now PS3 feels complete.

Get one when you can, no need to rush

Dont worry about your tv, I have a similar one and it fits my needs perfectly there is not absolute need to spend $700+ on a new one!

it very smooth but it is a little darker on visuals than 360.

get a better tv, the graphics are way better once running at 720p or 1080i or 1080p, those tvs are only at 560p which is soooo bad, just being a dick about your tv for no-reason but still, nu tv needed for you
