Aww, I'd hoped you'd help the poor Orc out by telling him you could show him a good death - maybe he'd follow you to Swindler's Den and help you kick behinds... :(
You know when people get too close you can right-click (I think, don't actually know how it works on PC) to shove them back with your bow. It's like a mini-fus.
great timing with freezing the sabrecat in air by pushing pause button :D It looked good.
And about Kematu etc - you know, there is no proof or evidence in whole skyrim that could tell you who of those two is lying. Maybe she didn't lied and the one who is lying is Kematu. So its just up to player how he decides, i personally sticked with Saadia and helped her, because...damsel in distress, how could i resist? :)
When paused in fight, eat food instead of potions to replenish health if you can.
and by the way, reward is the same no matter which side you choose. But the difference is (other than moral difference) that if taking side with saadia and fighting kematu, you are raising your skills. So one more plus point for siding with Saadia :) But the decision is just yours.
Here's a random tip. Before entering a dungeon or a cave, fast travel to town, sell or store everything you don't need, then fast travel back to where you needed to go.
Saves a lot of time for you and allows us to watch you play more, instead of managing your inventory after every kill.
@methal666 Thanks for the tip! I am trying not to fast travel, though, so I will have to make a slightly different plan. Not a problem, though, I can definitely see to it! : )
@talesoflumin Ah, no fast traveling. A truly worthy goal. :P
Might be worth dragging a companion along then and simply leaving her in the beginning of a dungeon. Then give all your extra stuff to the companion, go clear out the dungeon, and then travel back to town together.
This way you can still play sneaky and not have to worry about managing your companion, but you'll gain a fair bit of carrying power.
Not the best way to treat your companion, but luckily they don't have a say in it. :P
Really like your playthrough! You should buy a house (5000 gold) and then you need another 1800 gold for buying furniture in all rooms (you don't need to buy all the furniture at once). Then you'll have a number of chests and drawers where you can store all your goods. Keep up the good work!
I just love watching Lumin plays :D It's fun to see his excitements and him enjoying the game. I mean, that's what the purpose of the game right? Exploring places and do a lot of stuffs.
@talesoflumin It's from the Princess Bride. One character keeps saying 'inconceivable!' whenever something out of his expectation happens. Eventually Inigo Montoya tells him, 'you keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.'
You keep asking various people and things if they are absolutely crazy when they are trying to kill you, but trying to kill you in those situations is usually a sane and rational thing to do! :p
If you wear the Amulet of Mara that you looted off of that soldier, it'll pretty much tell all the people in Skyrim that you're single and they'll flirt with you and sometimes want to marry you! HAHA! Great episode again, it'll be interesting to see whether you side with Kematu or not :) I think you should side with him, by the way!
I hope you really can tell which side is lying, rather than just picking one or the other at random. Unfortunately, at the stables, you probably won't be able to use your sneak and shoot tactics. It might be sabre cat all over again. :)
The best house is the one you can afford, which, right now, is the one in Whiterun. Buy it, and you won't be sorry, because your inventory issues will be over. As for Kematu, I'm pretty sure that you'll get your chance to learn who's lying when the time comes for the ambush at the Stables. Most importantly, though, Happy not being killed this time! =^[.]^=
If you want tons of steel arrows kill imperials :) soon enough you will have more than you can use and a backup supply for when you don't have better ones like orkish, etc.
The dominion is the Aldemari dominion, the high elves basically (they are the equivalent of Nazis in real life); Hammerfell is rebelling against them for the sake of liberty, as the dominion wants to enslave the entire world of Tamriel.
Saadia is a traitor who basically allowed the dominion to overrun one of the main Hammerfell cities; you know she's lying because she says these guys are assassins to kill her, but if you lead her to the stables, they won't kill her at all.
You're an adventurer, you're only job is to keep yourself alive, you dont need to give anybody your loyalty, I would just forget if she is right, take her to the barn get your money and go. I doubt you will ever trly know who is right anyway. I would just take the money.
If you killed the redguard people because you believed in the redguard ex-princess lady in whiterun, think again.. Apparently, if you go talk to the redguards that were after her.. they tell you she's wanted for treason against her own country. If you've read this and gone through it, what do you think I should do?
