  • fucking parasites on Lowell.

  • @blueshabit and bobby and phil are parasites on jerry, jerry cantrell on layne staley, warren haynes on dickie betts, dweezil on frank, etc. etc. etc. ya ya ya. Paul knew George since high school, don't you think these are the guys that George would want carrying on his legacy? They sure as shit aren't getting rich playing these tunes...

  • Sucks it runs out. Sorta cheap to short-change folks, don't ya think?

  • They may be the heart but Lowell was and always will be the SOUL!!!

  • The heart of Little Feat was Lowell George and Bill Payne, not these two. They still great musicians though, and I love this version

  • Rockage!

  • oh shit after listening to this version it is the only one i want to hear

  • my God how could you not admire the shear talent never seen this video but this song has been there for me almost 25 yrs jim T

  • I went to hear this Band for the very first time in Dublin , i was knocked out with these super Musicians I sincerely wish I had known of this Little Feat in my early years i could see and hear that all the Guys in this Band loved their Music it was one of the Best entertaining Gigs I have been to in a long time, Brillent

  • If you listen to original blues recordings of the old masters like Sun House or Leadbelly, this is much closer to the real thing than most anything out there.

  • PAZLENE IS AN ASSHOLE

  • Does anyone know if this is the song with the saxophonist the hits some really high notes. He goes up at least three octaves, I know it's on their album waiting for columbus.

  • Mercenary Territory is the song you mean, the sax and slide guitar are knockout, Dave in Dusseldorf.

  • dumb

  • you're an idiot save your stupid comments

  • This is really really good.

Bill Payne's piano would be a great acoustic addition.

  • This Band has never gotten the hype they deserved heck theyve been around since the 60s,Go feats

  • 10 stars

  • This "Dixie Chicken" has more than 11 herbs and spices!

They are so good.. Paul has great touch on the slide.!

    Long live the Feat!

  • Awesome performance, love this vid!

  • outstanding, though we miss lowell george, this is terrific

  • go trowbridge (uk)- july

  • This gave me chills...I miss Lowell.

    Thank you for this...pure music.

    peace:-)

  • Today's music owes alot to Little Feat. Consider this a "thank you" from the Class of 1982.

  • Brilliant interplay between two musicians

  • Just put any two or three of the folks from this band together... and a show WILL happen!

  • There's not a poor musician in this band. Even after Lowell's unfortunate death, Payne, Barrere, Gradney, Clayton, Tackett and perhaps others were still interested in their music. Their reformation with the addition of Craig Fuller was just wonderful, and they play extremely well today.

  • Bill Payne is as much the heart of Little Feat as Paul, Lowell, and Fred.

  • Far out!!!! Little Feat is the best.

  • everyone should get [waiting for columbus] it is the best of little feet. i recently had a heavy metal tatoo artist listen and he loved it. great stuff!

  • Unbelievable guitar!

  • I heard this on XM radio Wednesday, and thought it to be a catchy tune. Glad someone had it on their channel!

  • a catchy tune? you watch american idol too?

  • youtube served, love it!

  • There's no accounting for taste in music, but I am sorry that you're bitter specimen.

  • My last post was directed to gymnastichippo. Unless you've spent some time listening to this band, then you are not really qualified to make the statement you did.

This is just a variation of the song "Dixie Chicken" and it is finger licking good too! Again sorry you do not agree.

  • Very classy comment potty mouth!

  • beings how im from mempho i can relateooothat southern whisky

  • This is the best version of this song ive seen or herd thus far

  • I got to see these two tonight!! In Bilston (UK) at the Robin 2. Superb. I got to meet them and they signed a cd for my son.

I think what people have to realise is that even though Lowell George was monumental, these guys are as much Little Feat as Lowell. It takes all these guys to create that sound. If you remove any of them its a shame but things have to move on.

  • None of the Little Feat songs that Lowell George sang on feel the same without him, but this is still really good.

  • reminds me of my uncle harry he had a mg gt soft top before anybody else xxx

  • outstanding, though we miss lowell george, this is terrific. Thanks.

  • i wonder where are American tv shows from 1975-1978 ?

I have Holland Pinkpop 1976, Germany - Rockpalast 1977 and a short BBC show 1975...

Feat was never on Usa Televison ??

  • axel...still works

  • Me too.

  • Great video. I sure do miss Lowell George on this song, though.

    Fan from Ancient Times

  • Great post, mang.

  • Little feat died with Lowell George, this has got none of the fire and soul of the original. RIP Lowell, we miss you, ya left the party way too soon.

  • The "Are you on crack?" comment is directed at BobHaulk .

  • Excellent job, guys! Thanks!

  • This is a crime. Little feat are the best but this is rotten. Why dont they get a job a mcdonalds instead.

  • Are you on crack?

  • this band is from Pikesville, Md. It's still South of the Mason-Dixon line.

  • Great stuff! Thanks so much.

  • love this song!!! Thanks for putting it out here.

Could anyone put up one of Little Feat's Rad Gumbo?

    I'd be forever grateful!!!!

  • dixic chicken suck

  • OOOh man, how do they do it...

  • Little Feat....one of the best southern rock/jam bands around. Miss Lowell George, of course, but they've carried on quite well. I'm sure George is smiling....

  • That's what I'm talkin' about!!!

  • Saw these 2 in NY a few months ago--they were awesome--makes a poor boy want to give up pickin'

  • Glad to see they're still around. Occasionally they tour...well, they did last summer, anyway. Sad about Lowell, but you can't keep a great group down.

  • it don't get no better! ;-)

  • Perfect!

  • Yep...We made it into a DVD. You can buy it directly from Paul and Fred at www.paulandfred.com
