Adobe After Effects is what one uses to produce special effects for video. It's for still images, although I think CS5 now imports and exports simple animated GIFs. You used to have to export to ImageReady even to do those, but ImageReady was discontinued in 2007.

Think about it...an object this big floating above such an important site without any other footage is very strange) Also, why would it appear fuzy? Cloud cover? Smog? A UFO is an unidentified flying object, doesn't mean its an alien just a flying object thats unidentifiable stop automatically thinking UFOs' are aliens cause you could call an enemy jet in US airspace a UFO. It looks fake anyway and as the guy said if it was real police reports would've spiked!

@kidjr27 well we could, seeing as we have the right equipment and skills, but it would be rather pointless seeing as there is only one version of this video (not multiple sightings. Think about it...an object this big floating above such an important site without any other footage is very strange) Also, why would it appear fuzy? Cloud cover? Smog? Possibly, but notice how the Kremlin is totally visible and this object, just a few meters above it, is not...? Anyway, not saying fake or real.......
