That's an AMV (Anime Music Video) called "REFLECTIONS" made specially for russian AMV contest - ACROSS CON 2006. This video features two anime series: "Haibane Renmei" & "Kimi Ga Nozomu Eien" with lots of custom 2D/3D effects and accompanied by "Znaesh Li Ti" ("Do you know?") song by a russian female singer MakSim. This video won the contest and took a bunch of awards.
