Briggs lost this fight, and he certainly lost to Foreman. I can´t work Briggs out as a boxer. He seems strong but he has always failed to deliver the bombs on good opponents. He is just to stiff, and never lets his hands go.

I gotta give it to Francois Botha though, he truly is a FIGHTER and doesnt let heavy punches stop him ;) well done back then.

As to KLITSCHKO vs BRIGGS, its going to be VERY INTERESTING, personally i believe Vitali will be knocked out. If Briggs doesnt win, then he will lose to POINTS. Either way, Vitali will end up hurt.

Briggs is not better today, he has heavy slow arms, poor conditioning, and is greying.

Vitali won't be knocked out. That we know. Briggs is a low-volume hooker and Vitali is a hight volume, high power, straight shooter. Experience tells me Briggs is going to have to eat a lot of leather to even get 1 solid punch in and 1 punch won't knock out Vitali.

Briggs kept it close AND knocked Botha down. that makes a huge difference. Botha was outpunching Briggs though but, he got caught once... cost him the bout.
