  • omg this video is so funny

  • Ummm beans have fiber and you can eat tons of veges, fiber...sounds like user error to me

  • Ok... you have probs with gas... if you read the book - which you did - you'd know about beano for the gas.

  • one question, if there is no warm up set, then you do what, you just go and walf for 20 minutes then come and make each exercise until failing point.

    thank you.

  • You look like Ali G

  • Nice videos! I've also read the 4HB and I'm on day 18 on the slow carb diet. I'm in my mid 30's and mom to 3 boys so, according to what Tim says, it will take me longer to see results. I started the Occams protocol last week and it feels really good... ridiculously painful after leg press the first day!

I also do yoga, pilates, zumba and spinning but I consider those classes recreational. What the book mentions is that you do not need to train to failure everytime. Enjoy being active!!!

  • You look creepy, start blinking.Humans blink ,zombies stare.

  • @natokan89

yes i still havent mastered being on video...i will try harder...stay tuned..

  • Definitely hear you on the bloating / gas at first... though I kept going without any changes and after about 2 weeks, all of that went away... I think there is a bit of induction phase with this diet. (Although I didn't drink the milk, which could be a major part in it.)

Also, the bloating went away when I drank more water, but then I had to pee all the time.. so give and take I guess. His weight loss diet is almost identical to atkins, except he ads beans (but says they are optional later)

  • @HelloImMrMarr

im doing goat milk 2x a day

or maybe yogurt or cottage cheese

    2 servings

though i think cutting out all dairy is healthier (what is "healthy" anyway?)

  • I think you might be allowed to do kickboxing and yoga. Tim makes a distinction in the book between exercise and recreation and as long as you don't go too overboard, it might not be too bad.

  • @oreilly81

thanx, i know yoga is ok but kick boxing and legworkouts dont go together...

  • Brilliant!

  • i predict a cult following.
