I saw the Dodgems lots in Brighton. This was a classic song and deserved better recognition. We used to joke about the Dodgems as they were relatively old so they earnt the tag OAP Rock.

@themasterswitch Ace upload. The bit in the middle where he keeps repeating 'I don't know' reminds me of the ending of The Bewlay Brothers by David Bowie. First heard this as a cover by The Auteurs in 1997, their songwriter Luke Haines has a big thing for the Lucan scandal. Still bloody odd.
"Vaultage '78, Two Sides of Brighton" is a great compilation album.
