@liveforthemic who knows, I play in a Sublime tribute band too and I always thought by playing Sublime's music, you incourage people to buy thier music. Plus you have to pay the muscian for playing the music too. Think about, it takes alot of time and practice.

@wmthug920 a "tribute band" is almost identical to a cover band, except a cover band generally covers the songs of active bands (this is an exception though, with the addition of Rome and the reforming of the current band). Cover bands are lesser than regular artists because they do not actually write the music they play. I generally strongly distaste mainstream cover bands, but Badfish is an exception.
