We had a little boy, but since then we had a little girl 13 months later...so we are working on another enjoyable event to occur to share...both have been healthy and totally a handful for little momma...hell the contractions were nothing compared to our son jumping off couches and trying to control every tv in the house to watch CARS or TOY STORY...lol

I think in this case, it's okay to joke about it because this is the early stage of labor. Of course, once you're in transition, that's when it isn't funny anymore, as a dear friend of mine told me when she had both her sons.

I personally love this.. I am 39 weeks pregnant and have already experienced the painful contractions, and although my boyfriend (who is normally JUST like this guy) was very supportive and kept me calm, I would've also loved for him to be this way as well. Contractions are not fun, and very painful so it's nice to have someone there to get the mind off the pain.. or atleast that's what I think :) You seem like a very good husband if I may say!

Just to let you know when a husband and wife have an awesome relationship they love to "play" with each and thats just what we do and did.
