That's not Mario Paint at all. It's a MIDI sequencer with an SNES soundfont. It takes real talent to do songs like this with the real Mario Paint.

I actually like Topman. I mean, yeah, his level... Has anybody even taken damage on that thing? Fuck Dying... And his boss. Too simple. His attack looks good but only affects 3 enemies (Shadowman, Triple Megaman Clones, Gamma - Wily). But it's his design I like. The fact he's basically unique to the fact he is one of the only Robot Masters based on a toy (The other being Springman, a Slinky).
