The longest a human being has ever gone without sleep before dying was eleven straight days, and I believe they only didn't sleep because of a medical condition.

I personally have stayed up close to 78 hours before without any sleep.

If you were exerting yourself alot in those 3 days, or just living on energy drinks with out any actual rest, then i could see how someone could die in only 3 days without sleep. I like hoe everyone thinks that alienware computers are so awesome. They are not. You pay like 50% for company logo and 50% for the computer itself. You can build a computer 20x better than the one you have right now for 4500 dollars. But when it comes to laptops.. its a different story.
