I think if you look at things objectively you'd see that while Bos did grab Impey, the crash was a result of Bos getting stuffed up against the curb. He held onto Impey out of desperation as he was about to crash, brining him down with him. I wouldn't say there was ill intent...generally riders at this level are smart enough not to pull down riders directly in front of them.

I had tears in my eyes for Daryl Impey for what was happened to him, Bos should be ban for at least 2 years from the sport, this is such a beautiful sport and obviously some riders don't deserve to be part of it. I am glad Daryl won the tour.

the only way this wasn't a pull was if Impey felt the hand on his shoulder and decided to throw himself into the barrier. this video evidence is enough to convince a jury beyond reasonable doubt.

To me it looks like Bos is getting stuck between the yellow jersey and the barrier. He is loosing his balance and grabs the yellow jersey rider to maintain balance. Yellow jersey suddenly moves to left and they both fall. I do not believe Bos did this on purpose.
