Sook-yin Lee is a serious fan of Radiohead, yet it's awkward she seems so intent to prove it, as if that could set Thom at ease- which was impossible for any journalist, let alone one with an emotional investment. Thom, in fairness, is at least as bad an interviewee as SYL is an interviewer. There's kind of an anti-chemistry. Us fans relate to her awkwardness- even if you're a gorgeous VJ and a former punk musician with legendary status in Canada, you may go blank, when confronted with THIS guy.

this was during the time that muchmusic was actually really good. Sook Yin Lee is maybe the smartest and best vj they had on that station.
