A long time ago back when I was pretty young and was playing this on an actual console in one of the World 1 stages (it has a Star you can ride on at the end of one part of the level to take you to the next half) I was able to walk past the transport star (the screen did not lock) and found a room with "HAL" spelled out in star blocks. That was nearing on 20 years ago now and I haven't figured out how I got back there since then. Did you find that room?
@RFSmediaproductions You need to make the star disappear. Once you see the star, move left a bit so it's just off-screen, then come back. Do a search for a video called "Kirby's Adventure Easter Egg" - it'll show you.
Wow, this is pretty interesting. I would guess that the original Kirby's Adventure was to be set in the day, and then the Hard mode where you must beat the game all at once was to be at night. When they realized the slight problem of some palettes using the HUD's colours, they decided to just change some of the later levels into night rooms to fit with the dreaming scheme.
Heh... the ladders in the Debug room are the numbers 1 through 7 in binary, as an indicator for the rooms below. What gets me is that they are in fully visible binary rather than some kind of tile coding (a single tile for each number in hex), which would both conserve memory size and make more sense. This is especially confusing because there are already room number tiles in the game!
Very interesting. I never would have guessed there was so much not used in the actual game. Some of those Metaknight foe setups look like they would be a challenge.
I've actually known about this room for a little while, I just could never figure out how to actually get into it aside from a strange FCEU code that was a room modifier, but seemed to bring you into a random room.
I've been meaning to try to find it again to stick it onto my own wiki, but I couldn't figure out how to repeat my process.
there more! awesome!

Wow! Very interesting. I never knew there'd be like tons of unused content in Kirby's Adventure!

My theory about the boss music is that,
the music is the first music to be loaded in the game.
I mean, come on.
It's pretty short when you don't loop it.

1:26 and 1:37
With a bit hacking, I think, you can add the Meta Knight Enemies in the first and the last unused room.
The Cutting Floor has 1 pic of both Beta Room (1:26 and 1:37).

Woah, At 6:17 you had the Star rod?
I didn't know you can use the star rod outside the final battle. Is it Japan only?
How did you get it?
