  • i have this tv and it lagged sooo much when i played on 360, so i got an hdmi cable, it fixed most of the lag but there is still like a split second delay that makes it hard to aim or anything long range, the worst part is that i dont know if there is anything i can do to fix it, i have the 60hz version, but the lag is really annoying, the picture is amazing when game though, it works great as a tv, but i there are better televisions for gaming

  • i got thia brand tv and it sucks i hate playing cod or any other shooter on this tv dont buy it

  • do u get imput lag on this tv???and do u have the 60hz or the 120hz version..please reply

  • this tv has horrible motion blur if you play FPS games. gives you a headache in about 10 minutes.

Source: i have the same tv

save yourself 400 buck and DONT BY THIS

  • @klp617 Same tv? same exact tv? are you sure? maybe its a newer model

  • @i1337G33k yes, EXACT SAME

  • Do you think you could play a game on xbox 360 on this tv please? If you don't have the time I understand... it's just, I'm getting this tv and I'm mainly getting it for some hd gabing on my 360 and I'm nervous

  • @TheGorgorothSpire I did. It was at the beginning of this video. Xbox 360 games play fine. Don't worry about that...

  • @SanjiX5 Oh I'm sorry. For some reason I assumed that part was ps3 or something. Thanks man. I'm sorry... I get nervous about dumb things. Thank you very much

  • do they still make this model but in like a 26 inch? The biggest size I can get is about a 26 inch and from the way you reviewed it i would get one so i can still play my old consoles. Thanx.

  • Man this 4 part review is amazing ive been trying to get as much info about hdtvs. This sounds like the one great Vid very informative. I notice the date on the vid. is it still going strong now, and do they have a good warranty. Once again thanks this vid has helped alot

  • @jugghead82 @jugghead82 Thank you! I'm still using the TV today! As a small update, I don't think the TVs include the VGA/Sound cable for PCs anymore. My brother recently got the same TV and his didn't include one.

  • ye hehehe oh wo

  • What resolution was it when you had you PC connected to it?

  • hey man, i have the same tv but i get Lag when playing Wii, can you help me?

  • i have the exact same TV but when i hook up my xbox 360 it works for a while then the screengoes black

  • how do i plug in my mac to this tv?

  • you need a mini display port to VGA cable to use it on your tv =)

  • did you problem with hd lag on halo 3, i have the same tv and i had to change a bunch of settings on my xbox

  • but the all red one goes with the all white one though right? cuz i had it hooked up the same way on my tv in the livingroom and it worked fine but its a westinghouse and wats a hdmi cable

  • Google it =)

  • my xbox doesnt have the hdmi port but can u tell me or show me from start to end like plug in wat channel and stuff

  • rofl....... channel? It's like this - Component 1 or 2. It says on the back of the TV which component is what. Just switch to it by either hitting Comp. 1 or 2 on the remote or through the input. There's nothing else I can help you with.

  • just asking cuz thats wat i did and it says mode not supported thought u might have the same thing

  • hi,

does it has any lag on css?

    slow reaction timing or ghosting?

  • i have this same tv but a 37 inch. when i got it i tried to put my xbox 360 on it with hd but wont work so i said fuck it and left it on standard tv but now i want hd. when i plug the hd plugs the 360 came with in the tv and go to the channel it sayd mode not supported but the tv is hd wats wrong?

  • I might know the problem. I know when I got this TV I was confused because there were two red cables, make sure you switch them around if it's not working, and if it still doesn't work you might want to buy another pair of component cables. Also, if you're 360 is the one with HDMI, try using a HDMI cable too.

  • can u help me?

  • IT'll save you time if you just use an HDMI cable to connect your Laptop or Desktop to your TV... im getting this TV Tomorrow.. since i got my paycheck today... Hopefully it all works out.. im going to try and get a Bestbuy Protection plan, just incase.. i dunno if i should.. but ill give it a try anyway...

  • UPDATE !

i changed my computer for a brand new one. With the HDMI, DVI and VGA connector. all is fine and i love it!

  • Great to hear man, glad you liked it!!

  • How much was this TV, oh and great vid...

  • that's a thorough review! thanks posting bro!

  • NP, and cool story, bro!

  • could you answer my question ? (sorry for my bad english). I want to buy this TV for my pc desktop and the saler says that i need to use the native resolution of the LCD scrren (by my VGA CABLE) to have a perfect screen quality!... i fear that the qualiti will be less than in my viewsonic 19inch lcd screen... did you tryed it ? (in the native resoution of the TV insignia)?

    thanks to answer!

  • i should go there with my laptop to try it right on the electronic store but i don't know if they'll accept that lolll

  • I think you will be fine, the TV includes a VGA cable so that you can hook the TV up to a computer. The TV can act as the main monitor or a 2nd monitor. The resolution is adjustable once the computer is connected to the TV. Hope I helped!

  • thanks... i hjust bought it and i'm about to try it. For the moment it'S okay. On images that are too white the image seems to blikk a while (like here, it's really white and clear)... i hope it'S not a problem.. but i'll test it anyway.

i'll buy a DVI to HDMI cable to try it too.. thanks!

  • Sweet, great to hear. How's the laptop on the TV?

  • i tried the laptop on the "demo tv" on the store... it was cool! but i have some problems with my desktop (or my laptop) on this TV... when the images are too white (like google) it blinks a while... i tought the problem wil go away with a HDMI cable, it's the same thing... the screen at the store do the same thing, etc.. i cannot adjust BRIGHTNESS or CONTRAST when i run in HDMI... i can bring it up or down but the screen dosen't change anymore... i dunno what i'm gonna do with this TV...

  • cool i play my games on a 64 inch

  • i see that sega genesis. im not out of college yet but i know that sega genesis is the greatest

  • It seems that the Windows 7 beta isn't working with the VGA cables on here. I was running Vista on it at the time of this video. Hopefully that will change when the official release is out.
