What I see here is a reporter who was told, as many other reporters were told, that the building was damaged and could collapse. At no point did any reporter make the statement that the building would come down for sure. if they did, then it could be attributed to a bad source of information. Think about how crazy it was that day and how many pieces of info were initially wrong.

I think the building was rigged to come down before 9/11 because of the sensitive gov't. info. in the building.
