If the Koran is the word of God why is it only revealed in Arabic? Surely, if your god is almighty, he can provide a message that would not be corrupted in translation. As for Fitna movie, I totally agree with your opinion. I want to add that the movie takes the Qur'an verses from its context so they appear in a way they never meant to be in. The majority of quoted verses talk about things in war time only.

I don't know if I got you right or not. The fact that I know is the Qur'an is revealed in Arabic language to prophet Muhammad (pbuh), even the oldest manuscript (1400 years ago) for the Qur'an we have is written in Arabic (I've an electronic version of it BTW).

I can understand that the Qur'an has many translations in different languages but the revelation of Qur'an was in Arabic.
