Its the weakest of the BCS conferences, Cincy, WVU, UConn, Louisville, Pitt have all represented the Big East in a BCS bowl but Rutgers? Nope. Rutgers continues to beat up on the Norfolk States, FIU and Howards early in the year and then when the games get tough they blow it. 8-4 and 7-5 is not a good season when you start 4-1.
