Well, I see no reason for reproaches concerning this video! It's not always that the couple is given instructions on how actually they should cut their cake. Sometimes it can be a tricky experience. So it's a good tutorial!

it's not so much they dont know HOW to cut a cake... it's more... when cutting a wedding cake, each cake is supposed to serve a certain amount of people-if you cut pieces too big, then you lose the amount of people you can serve.

The point of the video is to show a bride and groom how to cut the "bite" that they feed each other when they do the first cut. It isn't intended to show someone serving size. It is very good information for someone getting married.

I agree. I think that all of these one through two minute videos rather pointless in terms of being seperate. If they were all compiled into a few eight to ten minute videos, which should probably be titled cake tips, it would seem far more enjoyable to watch.

Also, in my own personal opinion, most of the tese tips are completely obvious/pointless, and probably should not have been compiled into any type of video anyways.
