25 for Airbus A350 and B787. Its a fair competition for Airbus and Boeing and both of them also provide benefits for the United as the airline is trying to retire all classic aircraft from their fleet.

Actually she has half the normal fan blades in her GEnx engines, and a special annular combustion chamber with diffusers, so she would be quiet!

Both the engines are being manufactured for interchangeable use on her, so I wouldnt be surprised if the GE's were of similar specs to the Trents, for the sake of smog emissions and noise. I just wish I knew the decible difference from engines powering the 767.
