I've tried the content fill step and when I held shift and pressed delete and clicked on ok for content aware photoshop said there wasn't enough data to fill in it in content aware.What am I doing wrong?

@somedaysdreamers13 You may have selected too much. Try selecting smaller parts and then choose content aware fill. Just remember; It's only a tool, and in most cases you have to do it yourself to make it look good.

@inestd go to edit on the top left part of the screen. Make sure the image you would like to warp is selected already. Or else it will not show up.

@inestd content aware is a ''fill tool'', make your selection and it will be available from right click, fill->content aware. and for puppet warp, you need to extract the subject off your background like shown in this video, or else the warp isnt active, and it's in the EDIT list, scroll down a bit.

But on a much bigger scale; it takes samples from around the image, and does its best to delete the selected subject and fill in what was behind it. With the spot healing tool, if there is a zit on somebodys face, it takes a small sample from outside your selected area and replaces it, removing the blemish.
