Wish I had a photo or something to back it up... I saw this fan at a Chicago-area Lowe's c. 1995 and I distinctly recall it being a Fasco. Haven't seen Fascos on sale for many years, nor encountered any "in the wild." (Broan Lo-Sone L100's and L200's are taking the commercial bathroom market by storm in N. Illinois.)

The first one is a Fasco, although I couldn't tell you the model number.
