not neccesarily...cuz no matter wut ur wheels r higher than ur antis...n since the wheel elavates the skate when u go over a bump it still would keep the anti like a lil bit over the bump

eh yes and no. depends on the frames, anti-rocker size, and how "sharp" and big the bump is. but really they aren't that bad. you may scrape a little or roll on them when rolling in but you have to be a total idiot to fall on them. get some. you may like it. i did for a while.

make it as close to a practice rail as you can. anything flat that isn't a handicap rail should work. try to make it between 1 ft. - 2 ft. maximum.  it shouldn't be above knee height.
