I wonder if you had to do it for longer whether make-up would would have to be absent? not that it would matter much for you.(CHeesy or what?) too many things are wrapped in some form of plastic. but i can't see a good alternative.

the idea is not using any new plastic, so the camera doesn't count, and condoms are made out of latex.

I think she has to clearly define how she will go without plastics(polymers) because plastics surround us everywhere.

In Organic chemistry, we define plastics as polymers(PVC, Teflon, Rubber etc.) and latex is a polymer.

Hey Weker1! Yeah, it would be more wasteful to throw away the plastic I already have - or buy something to replace it because I can't use it. The goal of the project is to not buy any new plastic for a week -- packaging, cups, containers, etc... takes some training... should be interesting. Wish me luck! :/
