  • @Explore60

At this time i acquire boys time at 14...

  • OMG!!! Robin was gorgeous!! jus sayin!!!

  • that is one skinny mofo.

  • I love the beegees they are often painted with a broad brush because of the disco years. People tend to forget about this song and others from the 20 years they were recording music. Also most forget how many albums were sold during the disco era and I bet the dislikers even sang thier songs when it came on the radio.

  • Thanks for posting this. I love the song and the video is so cool!

  • OMG they were almost on the same era as The great Beatles and Rolling Stones!

  • Why is Barry dressed as Edmund Blackadder?

  • this is pure houdini !!!!

  • I love it one problem, no close ups of Maurice.

  • My all time favorite song.

  • twój rottweiler na mój widok wpadł w szał, hał hał..

  • Do you see the dislikes me neither.

  • Somebody needs to parody this video!

  • Beautiful song love it !

  • Thanks for posting Denise.. love the video..

  • OMG Robin at 19, he and Maurice just teenage boys. And now 40+ years later still so popular. I fell in love with them when I was a teenager in the early 1970's and still enjoy them today. We miss you Maurice, Robin we love you, be strong.

    Wonderful video.

  • Awesome !

  • I Love this video of them all. Thanks for sharing.

  • I sure Robin can pull through but things arent looking good so i hear

  • Super +++++

  • What an awful remix....to hear this as it should be get the vinyl single! This is terrible...digital ear candy...what happened to Hi-Fi

  • This is lovely. Looking forward to hearing Robin's new version with the soldiers and also hoping he is getting better after his recent health troubles xxx

    Also Barry? Insanely goodlooking!

  • Bee Gees - A great group of my old times. Why are they neglected?

I think Selena Quintanilla Perez by.

  • Great song, but lip syncing?

No mics, no flute, no violins or keyboard violins.

Hate lip syncing. There ought to be a law ...

  • @alphakid42 ,

You're supposed to listen to the song and enjoy the video that someone took the time to post.

    Stop complaining and enjoy.

  • @mutley4851 really enjoyed listening to that ! was also enjoying the good looking guys they all were

  • Robin was cute!!

  • I can't believe that the camera never once showed Vince from the front as the podium moved around! I'd be well offended if I was him! He was a good-looking bloke too....

  • Love Barry's puffy shirt ... a man ahead of his time. LOL

  • just love this video.....i especially love Robins eyes in this one.

obviously girlfriend has more brains and taste than you - you should listen to her more often

  • love the bee gees!

  • This is another Bee Gee's tune I like. Heard it the first time when I was eight years old and it brings me back memories.

  • I have tears in my eyes, this song is soo beautiful und the voice from robin indescribable

  • @DeniseWva71 could u send me this video without ur name on it :P I love this so much! It's so rare and hard to find on YouTube xD

  • Beautiful song, today is different music, bad, and stupid, Up with the Bee Gees, no more Regeton, Rap and more trash!

  • i always wondered what this song meant. i'm still wondering...

  • @m1kewithaone It's about a man who killed his wife's lover and is sentenced to the electric chair. He is spending the final hour of his life before his death and he is with the priest.

  • didnt know Robin playey guitar, very rare

  • well thankyou for this info;;; very interseting;;;;;

  • the noise is not 100 %

  • You're forgetting Chubby Checkers.

  • @nickzedd and that lead singer for canned heat. man when he moved, the whole stag bounced! oh, and mama cass.

  • ok'' im saying most SINGERS back then LOOKED all the SAME shape

    MORE than they DO today

  • @Ledecptacon

IF u feel this way) why r u on here:?

this music just happens to be great) better than anything ud listen too)

  • holly smokes''''' cant get any thinner than THAT

  • @purselady2 When I was younger, about around age 9, I fancied guys who were that skinny. Now I've up my standards a bit. But Barry has a nice skinny or was it the awesome outfit that brought shape.

  • @themillenia Ah I love guys that skinny :D

  • yea but they didnt have CHUBBY singers way back then) NO JUNK FOOD I FIGURE

  • @purselady2 They don't have chubby singers now either. You must be skinny to be attractive is my motto. (Coming from a non thin/average person). In all honesty that's the way it is.

  • @purselady2 Many, if not most, of the British rockers from this period were heavily into amphetamines which will keep you very thin. The Small Faces even wrote a song about their speed dealer - Here Come The Nice. I'm not suggesting the Bee Gees were as I have no idea and I know Robin Gibb is just as skinny today. Just that it wasn't simply a matter of less junk food.

  • why did they have al the same shape then? NO TIMS i guesss

  • @purselady2 You're talking about body right? See, Robin was a stick, but Barry here was a stick with shape if you see what I mean.

  • what 1968! thats really old > like me

  • The first time I saw Robin playing guitar !!

  • awesome! always loved this song!

    greets from europe!

  • What a great video! It seems old and new at the same time! I like the cheese factor of Robin and Barry lifting their arms and ahhing toward the end. Love that--and I've never seen Robin look cuter!

  • Barry is like a prince from a fairy tale!

  • What a Great Song and Great Video Thank You SOOOoooo Much !!!!!

  • this is a great song

  • This is an intreresting vid. I've been a fan of the Bee Gees for years now and this is the first time I've seen this. Good concept for 1968. Awesome!

  • This was the Bee Gees 6th hit & 2nd U.K number 1, reaching the top on 7th-Aug-68, they had 5 reach the number 1 slot. They are singing "one more hour & my life will be through". as this is a song about a man on death row!

  • adorei o video... parabéns.

  • simplismente lindo o video que vc postou... adorei!

  • parabéns pelo video... lindo!

  • love these guys! found them in the 70's and had to get their earlier stuff too!

  • I love the Bee Gees' early years! I don't really care for their disco sound. But I do love their early years. This song is one of their best!

  • wow.....great stuff Denise....the BEEGEES were/are amazing.....

  • Can someone tell me what Robin is saying at the end of 'And it's only her love that keeps me wearing this....' It's such a beautiful song but that's the only word that I cannot make out.

  • @rockinrex i think he is saying ,one more and my life will be blue ....hope that is where you needed help and i am correct if not you may find the words to this song and many other songs on the song lyrics .com

  • Lady by you lokks you have no idea about the bee Gees You have no idea You are fake!

  • @Greatharvest1 what are you talking about???

  • ...are you joking? This is them, dear.

  • @Greatharvest1 your're a crack smoker.... this is the BeeGees... waaaay back wen....before Barry and Maurices beards.... Robin was about 19 or somethig like that in this video

  • @Greatharvest1 I'ts just that you only have seen them from the 70's foward but robin is identical and just add a beard to the guy in black and its Barry.

  • @Greatharvest1 your a dumbass... this is obviously Robin Barry and Maurice Gibb

  • @Kailjiin LOL,,,,right! gheezzzz

  • @Greatharvest1 yeah dude what are you talking about??

  • @Greatharvest1 Are you for real? Or are you just a troll? Because yes, the Bee Gees looked just like this--because this IS them! They didn't always look or sound like they did in 1976.

  • @Greatharvest1 You do know that Maurice had hair at some point...He and Robin were 19.

  • sounds a bit low.

  • I heard this song just a few minutes after my grandfather died. He said to my grandmother that he wanted to get a message to my mother who was on her way. Fortunately she got to the hospital minutes before he died and got the message to her about how much he loved her and all the family. This song will always remind me of Grandpa.

  • far out find! thanks !

"now for once in my life I'm alone,"

  • Comment removed

  • @1960 ..that,s called, move on and reinvent yourself, they where masters in that, always ahead of their time. That,s how they held on a good career for almost 50 years, well, still do, sadly Maurice passed away, but Robin is still performing and Now Barry and Robin together

  • Your'e right i thought i removed this comment, glad i didn't had to listen again one of my favorite tune's.!

  • @1960..glad you understand what I mean ;-) Regards

  • Thats the first time I've seen Robin pick up a guitar.

  • He does it quite often privately, the majority of Robin's Reign and Sing Slowly Sisters has his guitar playing prominent, at one point on a twelve-string.

  • According to Robin this was based on "When a man loves man" by Percy Sledge

  • simply beautiful

  • Boozhoo & Migwetch

  • Indeed, those were the "brewing days" of something special in the making. Not even the Bee Gees knew their potential, or what lied ahead seven years later, when it all began with their second #1 hit, "Jive Talking." At that time, the Bee Gees music was deeper, and more polished, even in many of their ballads like "Fanny," and "Love So Right." After those two recordings, the Bee Gees had made their mark and set the stage for what turned out to be six consecutive #1 hit singles, beginning in 1977.
