Just my suspicion, Top Gear USA aren't allowed to be as critical as its British counterpart due it being in a commercial network as opposed to public television (BBC). Therefore, they rely on sponsors to run their show cant risk offending potential sponsors. I suspect due to this, Jay Leno refused to be part of the show.

I just test drive the cars. You are just jealous of me because you can't have that many cars if it includes Miuras and 959's. I don't have McLaren SLRs or 2009' Corvettes. My buisness has more than Leno because we are 8. Leno's are worth more but we have loads of them.

I was in Silverstone with a Porsche 911, a Citroen AX GT BB Cabrio, a Jaguar Mk2, and a BMW M1 yesterday for 9 hours and I drove all of them. 2 hours and 15 minutes in each.
