Trapcode Particular Tutorial in After Effects

please make a tut how to use lights in particular coz any time i try to change point to lights it says this ( in this made lights are used as particular emitters. only lights whose names start 'lights' are used. create a light with layer>new>light. to change the name 'lights' open trapcode particular's options box. please help

thank you, this was very useful. i actually made one particle clip when i watched this video. BUT since i dont have the Optical Flares, i didnt get to use the optical flares to move with the particles. instead i used the Lens Flare which looks awesome too. i might upload it and maybe add some music to it :D oh yeah, i love your accent, hehe where are you from?
