The USA had citizens, Envoys, and missionaries there who witnessed the atrocities perpetrated on the Chinese citizenry by Japanese soldiers first hand. China had fixed the number of victims in what they call Nanjing Massacre at 340,000 even before they were merely able to gather what it insists evidence.
China argues that 150,000 victims of 340,000 were buried by two Chinese charity groups, however no Chinese has ever been able to offer a plausible explanation as to why not even a single burial site has been found to this day nor can they present a decent evidence that prove the real activities by one of the charity groups.

The attack on pearl harbor was in 1941, the U.S was already at war with Japan by the time this film was shown, this film isn't the cause of the U.S fighting Japan. The Nanking massacre perhaps never happened but Japan did invade China and even invaded Korea twice. Trying to elicit sympathy or trying to ask for apology is childish, the right thing to do is to strengthen the military and never forget that one day Japan may invade again.

All the photos were faked with sophisticated technology, all the testimonies by victims and relatives of victims were all lies, the dead bodies were actually just mannequins, the Japanese shot blanks instead of real bullets and had numerous professional Chinese actors along with great special effects, the Japanese actually didn't really kill anyone, etc. etc. The real question should be, why are you so sure the massacre didn't happen?

There is this book called, "the Truth of Nanjing." It thoroughly explains even the League of the Nations failed to prove the so-called masscre did actually happen. The population of Nanijng at that time was roughly 200,000. How come more than 300,000 people were killed as has been claimed by the late Iris Chang? The truth was that after the IJM took over Nanjing, the population actually increased.
