@PuriDoesNerdcore That's because it's capped at 30 fps. The game is a PC port of the Saturn game Daytona USA CCE which is also capped at 30 fps.

I have a brand new Acer Aspire X1300 right here, with Vista.

I downloaded Daytona USA Deluxe from Classic Gaming Network, and it worked absolutely perfectly, with no special stuff required. Just the normal install file.

Maybe my computer's enchanted :P
