That kind of thing has happened to me as well, just with an ice-cream that was supposed to have a toy with it , but there wasn't! They send us free stuff from their company. (Oh and today is my name day in Finland!!! (waves!!!)) Complaining is a great way to get free things. I was thinking I'll make a complanit about our local busses and I'm hoping they'll send me a private buss or a driver or something LOLLL :-DDD

No, if I remember correctly (this happened years ago ;P) they sent us a cap with the company logo and something like keychains and other crap like that. I remember the letter in which they were apologizing and blahblah. :DD I think we got free ice-cream as well, but on that one I am not a 100% sure... And the toy? It was a little plastic lion =))
