Just wondering if you were still working on you splits and if by any chance you could post your stretches you used to get to where you are. Have just started stretching for splits and any advice and vids would be a huge help!
This is cool...im also recording my procress,,,not on video cuz i aint that confident lol...but it is harder when your older...i suck....but well done
A tip (even though i don't know how far you have gotten by now) is not to hold your arms directly in front of you in the middle or underneath your body, but more out to the sides. Otherwise it stops your natural weight from pushing you down further! :)
