@babekcologne i see what you're saying, but i think that's just a coincidence. that song-part may be [questionably] similar, but that doesn't make them samples. if i decide to play e-sharp to a-minor on my piano, i'm not necessarily sampling people who played that before; that part is just basic enough so that others will likely have done something similar. i could be wrong though, as they're both based out of germany.
