lol I just went onto this to see what I wrote and I only heard 5 seconds and I thought I know this tune, it is from Donnie Darko - The Killing Moon by Echo and The Bunneymen. It was weird I thought of the answer before I even read my question.

I haven't seen Batman Returns, I need to watch it.
