Read the "Nutrition Guide" that is included as an extra bonus along with the main program e-book. It covers sample days eating plans, calorie counts, protein and carb ratios for both phases, etc...
you cant gain 12lb of muscle in 21 days.. The whole idea of this stupid retarded program is you undereat for the first week, so you deplete your glycogen and overeat in the second week to give you that full look which is all glycogen and water weight which was lost from previous week.. yes you gain 10-15lb in 21 days but its all from glycogen and water weight that was lost ITS NOT MUSCLE..
Im not trying to flame this dude but get real, this program is a fucking joke.
We are not denying the fact that the weight gains are made from a combination of muscle, water, and glycogen. If you took the time to read the program we cover that in detail. But you know what, any time you gain any muscular bodyweight it's a combination of muscle, water, and glycogen. After all muscle is made of 75% water.
Ok I'm very interested in purchasing this manual but unfatunately I only have dumbbells available and no barbells to work out. Does it still make sence to purchase it?
@leemhayward I recently moved to LA and at the apartment complex where I live now is a little Gym. But like I said there are no barbells available. So there is no way to proper train without them I assume. I'll check out the prices for a Gym member ship
@leemhayward I purchased the product and will join a gym within the next month. Another thing I'm curious of is when I train very hard I'm always tired for a couple of days. Not just the muscles I train are tired my whole body. Do you have any tips for me. Thanks bro
Generally as your work capacity improves you'll find that you have more energy and that the workouts will not drain you as much. But initially it's something you'll have to work through. You may want to start with the Fitness Model Workout first as this is only a 3 day per week workout and will not be as taxing as the other workouts in the program.
I have a buddy who competes as a natural bodybuilder and I have seen first hand how fast he blows up in the weeks following his shows...it's nuts. Anyway I just started my 21 day program yesterday and I'm looking forward to packing on some muscle. I'll be videotaping all my workouts and taking lots of progress pics so feel free to check out my channel and see how i'm progressing. Thanks for all the great advice bro...take care
Hey Lee, what's up brotha! I'm up 9 pounds in 14 days following the 21 day fast mass program. bodyfat has remained unchanged so it's all muscle baby...good shit bro, I'm siked, still got 1 week left on the high calorie phase so i'm not done gaining.
I used this exact same style of training and nutrition cycling back when I was in college to go from 170 pounds to 215 pounds in 1 year and those gains were made 100% naturally without taking any drugs. I share that story in the Anabolic Amplifier Effect Report.
And I'm not someone to just sit here and talk good about the claims. Hell, I've even downed Vince's book because I've seen it first hand and all it really does is take a lot of information and pack it into one book, but that information can be found anywhere. 12 pounds of fat free, dry-muscle, glycogen, water, etc. in 21 days is not that absurd. They even have pictures of it happening, which looked damn legitimate to me. And I'm sure when they set up the site on there will be more pictures.
@GetDownOrLayDown31 The reports currently are free. And obviously the program won't be, these programs are one source of their incomes. And they're not promising 12 pounds of dry muscle, they're saying 12 pounds of Fat Free muscle, Vince even said in his report that he wasn't sure with his results of how much was water and glycogen. Personally, the most glycogen and water weight I've ever had is about 8 pounds, and that was eating tons of food, and taking creatine. 20 lbs is a lot more...
2. We're not promising up to 12 pounds of muscle EVERY 21-days. This is extreme muscle building strategy that you can incorporate into your yearly regime. Whatever the case, I'm comfortable saying that you'll experience the FASTEST gains ever. Some of our test subjects gained 3-4 pounds and some gained closer to 20 pounds.
3. Feel free to come back at us with more questions AFTER you've read the reports. We did our best to address our new solution is a simple, no hype manner.
Hey guys! Great discussion here. It's almost to see healthy skepticism from some and others simply taking action and reading the info we prepared so you can expand your mind and outlook towards muscle building. A few points:
1. "Pure muscle" for Lee and I is defined as dry muscle, glycogen and water weight which means FAT FREE MASS. So when we reference "muscle" "lean muscle" "pure muscle" "ripped muscle" (you get the point), we're referring to FAT FREE MASS. That's what we all want right?
If you can't view the PDF files it means you have an old version of Adobe Reader. If you update your version of Adobe Reader you'll be able to properly view the PDF files. You can get this at: adobe [dot] com
@leemhayward Your right, messed around and managed to get them up, Still not to sure if ill try it though, guess ill wait till January 11th. Also at the end talking about who to trust or listen is what i think a lot of the time.
I always thought of Lee as a no nonsense down-to-earth kind of guy. But I cant say I feel like that about someone who says that you will gain 12 pounds of muscle in three weeks. Sure you can gain 12 pounds of bodyweight, but not pure muscle... its 4 pounds per week, about 1 pound of muscle per workout? Now I havent tried the program so I guess I cant flame it totally, but it really sounds... too good to be true.
The key thing you need to understand is that muscle growth occurs in spurts. It's not a non-stop process. We're not saying you're going to gain 12 pounds every 3 weeks for the rest or your life or anything like that. Again, you have to actually read these reports to understand what this is all about. Once you see exactly how this works and then actually try it for yourself you'll see that achieving growth spurts like this is very possible.
im 16,i weight 193lb im 5'9'' and im about 16%bf, you think i should try this program since you told this other guy that he needed to be leaner to try it?
16% bodyfat is lean enough to use this program. Anyone who's looking to build muscle and get bigger can follow this program. But if someone is looking for a fatloss program to help them drop 50 pounds of bodyfat, this anit it...
This seems kind of fake since you cant build alot of muscle withing a month let alone 21 days. You should be aiming for results in 6 - 12 months at a time. Most can only gain from 10 to 15 pounds a year with good nutrition. It takes time. If we could gain alot of muscle in just 21 days, then why isnt everyone packed full of muscle and shredded?
Again, read the Anabolic Amplifier Effect Report and you'll see that this is very possible. Competitive bodybuilders have been using this trick for packing on muscular mass for decades! It's not some crazy new fad, we've just refined the whole process down into a step-by-step system to make it easier to set yourself up for these rapid gains.
It will build muscle mass, but it's not a fat loss program. Ideally you would want to get your bodyfat down to a reasonably lean level before following this style of training.
@leemhayward ...I know up above you said that this isn't a program to lose 50lbs of fat...but isn't muscle supposed to weigh more than fat and that the more lean muscle you have, the better chance you have at burning fat...?
I just wanted to mention that Cody was one of our guinea pig test subjects who followed this program and he actually lost fat while gaining lean mass in just his first 21 day cycle... It's crazy how fast you can make progress when you actually follow the program.
hello sir. thank you for the reports. is it safe/effective to subsequently continue this 21 mass building period. do you recommend resting periods in between?
You can do this style of training over and over again until you reach your desired level of muscular mass. I share the story of how I came up with this in the "Anabolic Amplifier Effect" report. Back in the late 1990's I used this style of training to gain 45 pounds of solid mass in less than a year, and those gains were made 100% drug free... Again all the details are covered in the reports.
Someone gaining 12 lbs of lean muscle mass in only 21 days (without substances) has to be a genetic freak already. Because that is a little over a half a pound of lean muscle mass PER DAY! Somehow, I don't think the regular joe has that efficient of a body, especially when you need sleep and proper nutrition, on top of the weight training.
I'll check out these reports, nonetheless, but will use a spam e-mail acct.
Once you read the Anabolic Amplifier Effect Report you'll see that it's actually very possible, and you don't need to be a genetic freak. All you have to do is set things up properly with "primer" and "overload" training phases. In fact I actually gained 23 pounds using this very same technique back in April of this year. My before and after pics are included in the free report.
So Lee, what you and Vince are trying to say in the reports is that. Have a 1 week, light, high-rep workout week accompanied with enough proteins/carbs/vitamins/etc. to maintain the muscle mass. And after that 1 week of "starving yourself" engorge yourself with immense amounts of proteins/carbs/vitamins/etc. alongside a heavy, low-rep workout plan for 2 weeks? Then recycle the two until you get your desired mass? Or am I just understanding this information incorrectly?
That's the basic theory of the 21 Day Fast Mass Building System... But obviously there is a proper way to go about it. We'll be sending out more info about how to actually go about incorporating this into your training over the next several days... Don't want to dump too much info too soon and get you bogged down with information overload :-)
It's weird because sometimes the e-mail spam filters think an e-mail about "muscle-building" is actually about those stupid penis enlargement pills LOL... Now the 21 Day Fast Mass Building Program may add inches to you arms, but as for what you're packing downstairs... it can't help you there :-)
