Actually I think (for a pop song) these lyrics are good. Pretty much metaphor all the way (come under my umbrella now that it's raining = Be with me, I need you) Besides of that, the reason why it's such a good pop song is beacuse it has a great HOOK and melody. Really good combined with great looks cannot make this flop... as a reminder, the song was the biggest hit last year!
