People do not realize that a kipping pull is a dead hang pull up , and most people out there who hate on kipping don't do proper pull ups either, lock out at the bottom, straight arms, don't swing your legs , that is the only acceptable form or this so called strict pull up, which i am sure most of your haters on the kipping pull up are not doing anyway, plus the kipping pull up has a much more demanding effect on your cardio, so they actually don't end up being easier.
man, trolls galore. if you think amundson's pull ups are weak, why don't you post a vid with you even completing the workout doing 135lb thrusters and deadhang pullups. we did kips (swinging pullups) in the Marine Corps for years until they changed it. i guess we were all weak, though. i can't even do the regular fran much less the heavy version. bet all the haters can't even complete this workout. don't reply, just post a vid if you can...my guess is you will just make another empty comment.
