My unconventional sport is working at target. We literally walk miles a day and with the whole "fast fun and friendly" motto... we're pretty much just sprinting everywhere we go. Plus... at my target... our manager likes to stop everything we're doing after the store closes to teach us crazy insane dances from back in the day. We also have hula hoop contests and we've seriously considered doing zumba after work every night as a team. Yeah, we're lame like that! Come shop at Target mmkay!
I bike. That's all. It makes your thighs like ROCKS, but the rest of you drags behind somewhat. I would work out the rest of my body if I had the patience; I recommend doing ballet or simple stretches before biking as this will help your legs bend easier. I hope to become experienced enough to bike 125 miles one day!
I cheer. YES it's a sport to all you cheer haters out there, I'd like to see you guys go thru a 3 minute segment dancing, flipping & stunting. I was a base. Cheering is pretty fun if you make it all the way to Disney ;)

I think my favorite is the corpse pose. But I agree with Rock Climbing, it's not just a great way to fit but it's a great reason to travel. As if you need one, but I enjoy being outdoors so I enjoy long hikes and rugged bushwacking that comes with climbing.

hey i tried rock climbing because of your video and it was awesome and now i'm gonna try to climb regularly and my "unconventional sport" is DRAGONBOAT which i do in the summer and rock climbing works out my upper body really well and it's great for paddling. also if you want to try i know there is a team call the diesel fish in the San Francisco Bay Area i don't know if it's near where u are

hey Nat.... i jst hav one question... i try to stay fit n work out by playing sports and doing yoga (which is my favorite cz its fun XD) any way... my only problem is my diet... how do i eat healthy and like wat kinds of foods do i eat?... cz i've been having some serious problem wit my eating n i'm having feeling that all those working out times are just a waste....

wow..how long did it take for you to get that muscular body? how many times in a week do you work out?
anyway, i do karate once a week and p.e. ..and sometimes i do some push-ups and crunches at home..but it obviously isn't enough yet..>.<

Wow I would have never thought that someone girly like ndtitanlady would be so althletic and fit! omg I'm going to run to the death this winter! I'm so PUMPED!!!!! PUMPED!!!!! lol xD I actually used to run XC in h.s. but I've stopped since then >> Meaning I've lost all endurance and I have to get it back! D:<
But does ultimate frisbee really make you fit? Really? Can you feel your arms and legs burn when you play?

GLEE should have a recurring role of an Asian who can sing and dance. Ndtitanlady is perfect for the role. The producers and directors just have to see her videos. If you know who they are, just send them the links to her work. If you think Gwyneth Platrow did a good job covering Cee Lo Green's Fuck You, trust me, Ndtitanlady would have put more soul and rhythm to it than some bleach blonde. I wish she would do more singing and dancing in her videos though...

I'm on the Dance Team so that keeps me pretty fit. Some of the things we do are pretty intense. and we usually run a mile after 2 hours of practice.
And I also dance in random places at random time lol. people oftern stare at other people when they are dancing in the middle of an aisel at Target
So I'm pretty sure i burn a few calories that way too xD
