  • @rgpanicker practice at a wall or something. Lol. Put your arms like, the way she did it... and then your head in the middle... and slowly rise your feet up... That's what i did when i used to do gymnastics. Loooool. (x

  • i did gymnastics for ten years & quit like last week. now i causally mountain bike ride around the local bushy area usually with my dad. and i occasionaly do some calf raises in the shower. great fun! the shower is extremley motivating for some reason... i think it has to do with the water, and how you're naked or something ? idk, its so cool!

  • How do I stay in shape. you ask? Hmmm I have a few exercises I do. Dumbbell curls, reverse barbell curls, wrist curls, bench presses, barbell curls, incline curls, preacher curls.concentration curls, chest flies, and tricep extensions.

  • My unconventional sport is working at target. We literally walk miles a day and with the whole "fast fun and friendly" motto... we're pretty much just sprinting everywhere we go. Plus... at my target... our manager likes to stop everything we're doing after the store closes to teach us crazy insane dances from back in the day. We also have hula hoop contests and we've seriously considered doing zumba after work every night as a team. Yeah, we're lame like that! Come shop at Target mmkay!

  • I bike. That's all. It makes your thighs like ROCKS, but the rest of you drags behind somewhat. I would work out the rest of my body if I had the patience; I recommend doing ballet or simple stretches before biking as this will help your legs bend easier. I hope to become experienced enough to bike 125 miles one day!

  • GLEE should have a recurring role of an Asian who can sing and dance. Ndtitanlady is perfect for the role. The producers and directors just have to see her videos. If you know who they are, just send them the links to her work. If you think Gwyneth Platrow did a good job covering Cee Lo Green's Fuck You, trust me, Ndtitanlady would have put more soul and rhythm to it than some bleach blonde. I wish she would do more singing and dancing in her videos though...

  • I'm on the Dance Team so that keeps me pretty fit. Some of the things we do are pretty intense. and we usually run a mile after 2 hours of practice.

    And I also dance in random places at random time lol. people oftern stare at other people when they are dancing in the middle of an aisel at Target

    So I'm pretty sure i burn a few calories that way too xD

  • I do gymnastics and track plus extra fun stuff that I don't take lessons for like swimming basketball jumprope and stuff like that
