@PinkNoseGirl1 As do many rock singers, and they do not sing like that. Heck, Johnny Cash was from friggin Arkansas and didn't put that voice on. Faron Young was from Louisiana and neither did he. And actually, there are country singers that didn't come form the south that also put on huge fake accents. I get it, it sells, and fits the format.
@PinkNoseGirl1 just because she sounded like that when she sang before she got famous doesnt mean she still doesnt put a accent on.
